Detection Mr. Sumesh Menon CEO U2opia in permits , told reuters that his company is working in cooperation with the Twitter of course to provide service Twitter on phones that can not connect to the Internet in emerging markets .
Mr Menon said the service will be officially launched in the first quarter of 2014 in 30 countries around the world and in seven different languages which will be able to user's Twitter and receive tweets and updates the same language of the country which he can singing in India receive its note of singing in Paraguay reached India via SMS but before that connect it with his phone service U2opia and do apply a simple code to activate the service .
